Hi everyone! I’m Beth… 39 and single mom. I made the decision last Friday night to not put off losing this extra weight any longer. I got up Saturday and bought Jullian Michael’s 30 day shred and have done it most days (I had to skip a night because life just gets in the way sometimes). I also have been logging what I eat and watching calories. I have to admit, that part has been gotten easier every day! I really want to stick with it this time and lose the weight, get in shape, and be healthy. Sometimes it is hard for me to get motivated or stay motivated. Hopefully meeting others that have been where I am or are still there (and need an encouraging word, like me) will help me to keep on track and do this! 

    Glad you're here. This is the best tool I've found - have only been using it a short period of time but have a fair amount of experience using other tools like Weight Watchers and MyFoodDiary. I like MyFitnessPal because it seems to combine the best features of these other plans with also being kind of "FaceBook for weight loss" which I really like!
