    I said the 21st... but since weigh ins will be on Sundays lets start 11/20

    Count me in! I currently weigh 128 and would love to be 117 by Christmas. I'm going to watch every morsel between now and then and work out 4-5 days a week. I think I need to shake up my work outs. Any ideas that work especially well for anyone?
