having a hardtime losing

need some sugg just getting started and its hard real hard giving up sugar and soda help please

    Natural sugars are fine, I eat a lot of fruit and veggies..it takes time to change some eating habits.

    Whole foods sells ZEVIA, its a soda made with stevia. It takes a bit to get used to the flavor, but I'll drink it every now and then when I'm craving. Its zero calories so it fits nicely into the program :) You could also try club soda, add a little fruit juice and wean yourself that way. As far as sugar goes, thats my vice, I love cookies and cakes. I went cold turkey and I will allow myself a little here or there at a party but until I see the number on the scale dropping thats how its gotta be.
