What's your protein powder of choice?

Options
my protein powder of choice for before & after mostly after work outs is muscle milk.
So far I've test drove Sciavation whey in chocolate, it's not bad keeps me full and supplements my protein needs nicely.
Next I'm going to try Max's wpi not sure how that's going to roll it's extra calories by a smidge, not enough to stress about.
After that I'm going to try a proto whey it's faster so not sure how it's goog to go keeping me full.
That's what I'm upto
What do you use when and why

Body Fortess Protein Shots after exercise. I use them because it is only 2.9 ounces, no sugar or carbs and 26 grams of protein.

I like GNC Amblified Wheybolic Extreme 60 in chocolate and vanilla. I usually drink it before strength training or as a supplement on days I am not getting enough protein.

Does anyone know of a protein powder that does not contain soy? I am unable to take soy products.

My friend is lactose intolerant and uses pea protein. There's plenty on the market like http://www.myopure.com.au/pea-protein-isolate.html Good luck!

I use PNRG Whey Protein: http://thesupplementden.com.au/shop/proteins/hydrolyzed-whey/proto-whey-bnrg

Whatever you do, do not get MuscleTech Whey. HORRIBLE and I now own 5lbs of it.
