    First, I just have to say- how on earth can one be sick of rum & coke??? ;) Captain Morgan & Coke Zero is my all time fave! I also like to get a long island ice tea if I go out.

    I've been drinking WIld Turkey American honey with coke zero & that is tasty as. Put the bottle in the freezer too. It gets thick!

    Low cal

    Vodka lime and soda for spirits (60 cal)
    Beer I like pure blonde (110 cal) or Hahn White (98 cal)

    High cal

    Ummm, basically most premium beers / malts.. My favourite beer is Asahi and I think it's about 155cal

    Most delicious, but on the high side: Grape vodka and redbull. Delicious! And energizing. ;)
    Low cal: Vodka soda with muddled lemon. Yum. If you feel inclined you could make it a Vodka Press by adding 1/2 7up 1/2 Soda Water.

    I usually stick with long islands. I do like the sweet shots like buttery nipples and such. I could "drink" jello shots all night! I would say it would be pretty low cal to fix sugar-free jello shots with clear liquor such as vodka, rum, or my fav everclear.

    My current favorites are blow j0bs... it's Balieys/amaretto topped with whipped cream! You can't use your hands to grab the shot!! :tongue:

    or you can go with Vodka and ANYTHING... Im a huge fan of sprite with raspberry vodka.
