My body fat is under 10% now!

It just trips me out and I want so bad tell the world!

It's important to now that whatever you think you have to accept and live with about your body , that with some dedication and discipline you too can make changes for the better.

The blah, tired feeling that you feel that you think is normal. Part of getting older. Doesn't have to be. You don't have to accept it and until you make some changes in your lifestyle you will never know that everyday blah, tired feeling doesn't have to be a way of life.
I reached my goal weight about a month ago, but kept on exercising and such til the end of my latest fitness which ended tonight.
Since April 18 to tonight. I have lost 67 pounds. Dropped my body fat from 27.5 to 9.8%!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel great. I think I look great.
