After a night of binging once again, I am sick of feeling this way and want to break the habit. It takes 21 days to break a habit so i decided to end this habit i am going to make sure i log every single thing that goes into my mouth strictly for these next 21 days. I am not going to binge, if i want to give into a dessert i will choose one dessert and have it, enjoy it, and thats it i am not going to go on a rampage of eating everything in my kitchen. If you feel like you struggle with binging or emotional eating as well join me on these next 21 days! We can break this habit together! Since the day is almost over, day 1 will start tomorrow.

I'm definitely in! I think binging is the thing I struggle with the most. A habit I would be more than happy to break!0

When i feel like binging I am going to go for a run or read one of my fitness magazines to distract me, do something you love to distract you and will still bring you the comfort you are looking for. I need to start being kinder to my body and loving myself and binging is not taking care of myself. I need to stop letting food control me. Post if you have any ideas or thoughts to break this habit! Glad you all are joining0

Oh yes, I need this! I'm losing this weight slowly because I want it to be for the rest of my life. But I've been having "cheat" days way too often. I AM IN!!!0

I had one drink tonight and it started a mini binge. I'd love to be held accountable with this group!0

Dont worry we arent starting until tomorrow anyway because today is pretty much over. So day 1 will be Nov. 18 and the last day will be Dec. 8th. That doesn't mean we can go back to binging after these 21 days that just means we will have accomplished breaking the habit and NEVER binge again! I am most tempted at night, so nighttime i will be coming on here reading how everyone is doing! I think we should try and post every day since we are only doing this for 21 days. Every day matters. I am considering planning my meals in the morning so I will already have planned out my days worth of calories leaving me no room to binge. We can do this!0

Checking up on you guys! how was everyones first day? I found that planning ahead of time in the mornings what i am going to eat helps a lot! hope everyone is doing well! day 2 we can do this!0

first day i did awesome! even had a girls night friday night and we all went to applebees and then came back and played board games haha we didn't feel like drinking.. we had a blast and i passed up on the yummy candy and OREO BALLS which are incredible! lol and at applebees i got the lowest calorie menu item and i ran over 6 miles. so i had a good first day.
day 2- not so much. i didn't binge, but i ate sweets ALL DAY only over calories by about 100 bc it was my rest day. proud for not drinking or binging though!
hope every one else is doing great!!0 -
I wish that I could say I didn't but I ended up having a really bad night. I didn't even finish logging after lunch because I'm not even sure I can remember everything I ate. I was doing really well too! Not eating a lot and I ran 4.5 miles Friday and Saturday but tonight got the best of me as I was craving sweets. Hopefully I can start again tomorrow and not mess up even though Thanksgiving is coming up! I don't know if I'll count that as a binge though because I am planning on enjoying it and doing a times 5-mile in the morning.
I hope that everyone else is doing well though! Stay strong guys because as I'm sure everyone already knows, it is definitely not worth it!0 -
Day 4 ladies....stay focused. the weekends are a little harder im not going to lie but it is a new week and we have to be strong especially with thanksgiving this week0
