    Chew dip instead, you can spit the calories out so that makes it a negative calorie snack because of all the chewing you'll be doing.

    I always heard that smoking a cigarette burns at the most 2-5 calories. Not really worth it to smoke though. Considering how long it takes for lungs to regenerate.

    Actually, I've had a few friends who quit smoking by using this method! For every cigarette they smoked they had to eat one.

    Gained 20 lbs.....BUT that being said, i'm now 7 years post butts and much much healthier...gl OP!

    Well just breathing pure air is costing you 45 calories...no wonder I'm so fat.

    Though I heard smoking is better than snacking so I figure I can just start smoking and cut out all those extra calories.

    I'll be thin, or dead, by next summer.
