Frustrated ~ i've changed my diet ~ tracking daily and exercising regular~ just can't seem to shake the weight.

    You could be over thinking it which causes stress. Are you hitting your calorie goal?

  • Are you on any medication? Some medications promote weight gain like predisone, some forms of birth control, some types of antidepressants etc. Do you have any medical conditions? Some conditions such as insulin resistance or hypothyroidism can cause your body to hang on to the weight.

    Are you careful when you add your calories to include small stuff like cream in your tea, butter and jam on your toast, or making sure you are entering the correct portion size?

    I am feeling the same way but have no excuses. It is very frustrating. I feel for you. It has been much harder for me to lose weight the older I get. I know that our metabolism slows with age but mine seems to have come to a halt! I wish you good luck.
