How long did you do level 1 before you went on to level 2? Did you stay for the 10 days, or until you mastered the level?
I'm on day 4 and just about able to do the whole thing all the way through (the jumping jack/jump rope combo being my downfall). Just wondering what others have done....

I followed the plan and did ten days of it. I found by the time I reached day 10, I had pretty well mastered it anyway. I'm still working on Level 3 though, I'm on day 5.0

Stick to each level for 10 days.0

As a recent article/Jillian suggested. I do not do it everyday. Many people that do have problems with knee pain. I did level one 3-4 times a week for 2 weeks, then level two... and so on.0

I'm starting level 2 and did level 1 for 10 days. The hardest part for me was the pushups at first. When I started I could barely do 2 real ones. Last night when I finished level 1 I could do 15 during the first set and 14 during the second set. I'd say to stay on a level until you are comfortable. If it is too easy and you aren't breathing hard when you are done, go to the next level0

I did the 10 day for level one, even though some of it got easier for me. Just wanted to say I accomplished that level all the way through I guess..lol. Now I am on level 2 and glad I did!0

I did the 30 days a few months ago, and I'm doing it for the second time this month. Just my opinion, but I would recommend just doing it to the best of your ability without trying to master each level, maybe even skip a day here and there. You can always go back and do it again to get closer to mastery. I feel you on the jumping jack/jump rope cardio in level 1. I am a beginning runner (finished one 9-week round of C25K recently), and only after running for several weeks was I able to do that 2 min stretch of cardio without stopping! I'd say just do your best and move along. Happy shredding!0
