New 2 MFP

I have had a long road to where I am and I am still working on getting to my goal. I have been sticking to losing the weight this time and it is paying off (slowly but surely). I started at 278 and have done multiple things to get where I am today including Biking, jogging, HCG Diet, and many more. I am currently jogging every other day with my loving wife, and training at a MMA gym. I do two Muay Thai Kickboxing, two Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and two kettle bell classes a week. I joined MFP today after a co worker told me about the site (it is much better than the one I was using).
