NSV....ten years younger!!

My Dad really made my day when I saw him at the weekend. He insists that since I have lost weight that I look ten years younger. It was such a compliment and made me feel great! I'm only part way to my goal, but I have become fitter and lost more weight than I ever thought possible and it's all thanks to my fitness pal! I started in June 2011 and have lost 44lbs so far. I've hit a bit of a plateau over the last two months, but I am going to break it! Sorry, no photos to add this time, but you can see the difference in my face in my profile pics. So happy, and determined to keep at it! I plan to add some pics once I reach my goal. Thanks MFP!

    Well done you should be really proud! The last bit is always the hardest bit but I think 44lbs is amazing :happy:

    It's always nice too when someone in your family notices enough to make a lovely comment, it spurs you on!

    Congrats on your weight loss!! This is an awesome site for support for sure, but I think your Dad is your number "1" fan and how wonderful of him to cheer you on. Have a great week-end and keep up the fantastic work....:flowerforyou:
