So I bought a bag of fresh Oceanspary Cranberries because I love dried cranberries and I never tried fresh ones before. I can't do it it's bitter and sour. I can handle sour but bitter....YUCK!! So...what should I do with them? They were really cheap ($1.89 for a whole bag) but I don't want to waste them.

Make a nice sauce!
Here's a recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/cranberry-sauce-extraordinaire/detail.aspx
Only change I'd make is to lessen the sugar or switch to Splenda or stevia.0 -
get a needle and thread and string them together as a christmas decoration!!!
or put them in a glass vase with a few christmas balls....
you can also make homemade cranberry sauce if you are super motivated- but most people I know just use them to decorate with...0 -

I love fresh cranberry sauce, and it's the easiest recipe ever.
Rinse them, put them in a pot, put .5-1cup of sugar (I don't measure but whatever looks right), zest some naval orange and squeeze the orange juice, grate some nutmeg, stor together, and put over medium heat. The cranberries pop open and create a type of jelly consistency...when it's the right consistency, remove and cool, then put in the fridge/freezer for Thanksgiving!0
