Since Thanksgiving is in less than a week (and we all know there will be turkey), I was wondering if anyone has some good recipes for leftover turkey. There's only so much of turkey sandwiches I can take. :)

You could do a nice turkey curry. I don't have a specific recipe, but any decent recipe for a chicken curry should work, just substitute the chicken win turkey.

Turkey ala king is AWESOME! lol I haven't made it lately, but chop up some turkey, make a low cal white sauce with black pepper, toss in some peas and put over toast, rice, or potatoes :)

Change up your turkey sandwich with a little bit of cranberry jelly on it. Popular in the gourmet world and oh, so yummy!

You could make turkey soup with either noodles, rice or barley.

Shredded turkey enchiladas or quesadillas. :)

    Millions of options :)

    Turkey tacos

Shredded turkey in red enchilada sauce (don't forget the corn tortillas)

I make turkey noodle soup too (super easy and freezes well).

Lots of options, basically anything you would do with chicken - use turkey.

Add cooked turkey to a sauce made with red kidney beans, chilli peppers, roasted bell peppers and passata = my favourite turkey chilli recipe. Serve with brown rice.
