Great Value (Wal-Mart) - Black Beans (Canned), 1/2 Cup ***or you could use 1/2 cup of White Northern beans***
Aquamar Classic - Flake Style Premium Imitation Crab Meat, Alaskan Pollock With Natural and Artificial Flavors, 1/2 cup
Pace Chunky Salsa - Salsa - Mild, 4 Tbsp
Onions - Raw, 2 slice, large (1/4" thick) or half a cup
Kraft Natural Cheese - Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Slices or Swiss(2% Milk), 1 slice
Tony Chachere's - Original Creole Seasoning, 1/2 tsp (1g)
Mccormick - Garlic Salt, 1/4 teaspoon (1.4 g)
Tumaro's Gourmet Tortillas (Net Carbs) - Multi Grain Low In Carbs 95% Fat Free, 1 Tortilla
Cavender's - All Purpose Greek Seasoning, 1 or 2 tsp
I cooke the beans,crab,onion and spices in a pan no oil or nothing but a little water then i after the crab browned a little i put it on the tortilla on top of the cheese slice. then poped it in the microwave for a minute so the cheese could melt better.
Put it all in the tortilla and put it in the microwave for 1- 1 & a 1/2 minutes. If you prefer the onions to be cooked more cook them in a skillet.
TOTAL: 372 calories, 44 carbs, 7 grams of fat, 25 grams of protien!!!!
