I seem to lose and gain the same 10 pounds. I'm doing WW again and I'm walking again. I really want to do this. This time I want to lose at least 35 pounds. How to stay motivated and get there?

What has helped me out a lot is having a friend to diet with. We check in everyday to see who lost, and anything we have to say:) We started 2 weeks ago and I am down 5 lbs. We plan on hitting our target weight by new years! Hope I helped some. Good luck on your weight loss journey! :happy:0
