    Greetings Debsaylmer! I'm sure you will love this site!

    When I started out here I was weighing in at 170...slowly, because I'm a little older and don't loose weight that fast, and because I've fallen off the wagon here and there but have always come back to this new way of life, have lost a good deal of weight...now weighing in at 135 which is very close to my goal.
