    Thank you for your support!!!
Its so hard to change old habits!!! Food use to be so comforting, its hard to limit myself, especially when you have a hard day..
Eating is such a social thing for me also... what will I do when Im hanging out with friends now !

Hello, I am Kells and I am new too. This isnt my "last straw", I saw this site and thought it looked really fantastic so would help me to track my eating habits and use my exercise against them to check I was doing as well as i thought.

Nice to see there is a community here too. I am 32 in a couple of weeks, have partied hard over the last couple of yrs and not really eaten sensibly or exercised regularly - mainly in fits and starts. I get married on 28th Dec and I want to get my bod ready for that dress ..... and also in prime fitmess for having a baby next yr.

I am loving the healthy eating now Spring is here, I tend to want comfort food through the winter. I work until 10pm each night, so my menu has to be planned out in advance and prepared and taken to work - if not, I tend to munch crisps and chocolate from the vending machines at work.

I have been exercising for a min of 45 mins in the gym or pool each day for a week now, and I plan to not weigh myself for another three weeks, i dont really care what I weight - I care about how I feel in my clothes, and I still feel huge at the moment.

Lovely to meet everyone, and I trust everyone is here to listen to everyone else when its our turn for a bad day? Is anyone in the Leeds, UK area???

    Kells xxxxx
