Oh no... Plateau!

I am now 3.3kgs away from my goal weight and am only losing 100 - 200 grams a week.

I'm not overweight so is this my body telling me that i am at my ideal weight?

Any tips on how i can kick start my body to shave off a couple more kgs?

  • This happened to me last week! I was too scared to up my calorie intake as suggested by some, so instead I amped up the cardio workouts and really watched my sodium intake (kept it below 1500) and drank extra water/ ate more fiber... it worked for me :)
