'Be You' programme

Hi Im in England so this programme may not be in the States.
My Gp has referred me to a programme called 'Be-You' because
I am getting desperate about my weight. I weighed in at 100kg and
I am just so sick and tired of trying to lose weight. I am on medication
which is know for weight gain, and I do eat during times of stress.

Just wondered if anybody else in the UK knew about this programme.
It can go on for a year and is a more holistic way of looking at weight
loss. I have an appointment on Monday. Im looking forward to getting
the support at a local level. Anybody know about this, or tried it??

    I'm in UK too. I haven't heard of this, and can't find anything on the net about it either.
    Good luck with it though, and let us know what it's all about ...... :smile:
