Day two of the new me!

I am new here and wanted to make some friends. I had a doctors appointment yesterday and under his supervision I need to get serious. I had already been working out at curves for the last 2 months 4x a week. I am going to start walking tomorrow. I am like everyone else who never thought they would get this big. I am really excited about this site and seeing how people have really stuck too it and lost so much!

Hi, I'm new, too. And not only did I not believe I could get this big, I still don't believe it. Every time I pass a mirror it startles the heck out of me to see myself in it. I'm also hoping this is a good go-to site for support, because I tend to wander off and not stick with things, and I have to stick to this. I don't need a doctor to tell me that, although one certainly has.0

Welcome guys! I have to say that logging EVERY bite I eat has been so eye opening to me! I am not even having a hard time, or feeling deprived. I still have a LONG way to go in figuring out how to balance my food in a healthy way, I'm trying just to watch calories and get in some exercise 6 days a week.0

Welcome to MFP, joining this site was a great decision. I have been here for a little over a month and it has made such a huge difference in my life. Thanks to healthy eating and exercise and my logging in here I am down 25 pounds. I am entering my first race next month. I wish you success with your adventure here!0

from one newbie to another... Hi !!! I started testerday too & am just getting to grips with the site... I love it... Have been doing the Dukan diet for a year & lost 18lbs but now I need a change. I always used to count calories so am quite motivated. Am doing well so far... how about you ?
