how do i log this?

hai guys, i'm going to be running a 5k, that involves crawling through mud, climbing over obstacles, walls, and rope ladders, as well as more crawling through more mud. should i log this as running? or strength training? or should i log it each individual section?

    This is like the Warrior Dash I did back in August. It was definitely a work out. But TONS of fun! Good Luck and have fun! As for recording it, I'd do mostly running and then add in some strength. It is so hard to keep track of every minute you do each obstacle.

    log it huge and eat what you want today! god knows you will be eating some mud!

    I would just record it as a 5k run and know that you did more than just run ;) That's pretty hard to log but have fun!
