Take a look at my workout routine and tell me if it's OK. I just started this whole weight loss journey this week.

Mon/Wed/Fri: AM: 30DS
PM: C25K
Tue/Thur/Sat: AM: 30DS
PM: Jillian Michaels video (I've been doing the metabolism boost)
Sunday: Rest

Idk if I'm doing too much or too little.

What is 30DS C25K??? are you a total beginner to excercise? If you aren't I would say definitely not enough..unless you're brand spanking new..then you have to start somewhere and you can exercise everyday regardless of fitness level, it's all dependant on what you're doing

Only you can really know if you're doing too much or too little based on your abilities and your level of fitness but as long as you're getting your scheduled rest days in and you feel good keep doing what you're doing. No reason to stop or slow down. Once you finish 30DS you can switch it up to something else, and progressively do even more intense workouts.

I think it looks great! If you're just starting this journey don't try to add to much to quickly, you'll burn out! Take your time, enjoy your workouts... Good luck!

I'm all about doing what I can stick with and keeping it fun, not so much about what I SHOULD be doing.
Slowly increasing up small achievable goals.

If I overwhelm myself it becomes work and I revert too easily, to my old ways.

Some folks need to jump in whole hog to keep up the enthusiasm... so it really depends on your personality

I did have a neighbor who was very fit and his guideline was 2 days on, 1 day off.

Only you can say too little or too much. Listen to your body. I will say this. My trainer says if I am not fatiuged after a workout then I didnt push hard enough. She then makes me wish I would have said I was on the next session.

If you don't know what those things are then how can you say it's too little? 30DS is a pretty intense workout and C25K is a running program.

To the OP, it looks good to me, but as someone else said, only you can determine how hard you're working! I think that schedule might kill me.

Thank you! I do feel exhausted after my workouts, especially the JM metabolism video.

I figured c25K was a running program, and 30DS sounds to me like a 30 minute based regimen, my advice was based on not the intensity of those programs, but addressing the fact that one can do a fitness based program everyday regardless of fitness level....you can move your body each and everyday..it will never be too much.
