Hey everyone!! I started this around the first of Oct. and could not seem to get going until Oct 17, 2011. So, I have just celebrated my one month anniversary. I have lost 8 pounds the first month. Happy me! I need to keep at it. I love this place and feel at home here among friendly people dedicated to getting to goal wt. I see a lot of success here, and one day I want to post my success story. I am 63 and retired. Now, I have plenty of time to get this wt. off. I am a treadmill walker, and do about 2 to 5 miles per day at 3 or 3+ mph. I just love it. So, any of you that would like, I am inviting you to be my pal, and lets cheer each other on to the goal we have set. :love:
