Owwie. Stretching terrible.

Ouch. Got into a fight at work last night. (f.y.i I'm a waitress and two guys started fighting. Guy decided I was a threat I guess) Muscles hurt terribly in the back of my legs, arms and shoulders. Had to add an extra 20 minutes into my stretching routine just to get HALF of my normal range of motion :(
Needless to say workout today was far from my best.

  • Take a day off. Hott bath relax. Even gladiators got a day off.

    I'm sorry!!! That's horrible. I agree - time for you to rest and recover.
  • See, I'm scared to take a day off. I just started again and have not even been able to keep my heart rate up for 20 minutes. Which was my goal for tomorrow. Not happening. Today I went as far as 10 with high impact cardio and I usually do 15. It just hurt :( And forget the weight training. I can hardly lift the coffee pot. Kinda makes me feel worse not being able to reach my daily goal nevermind how I feel about my weekly goal :(
  • Oh and stretching has always been a part of my morning routine. For the last 4 years. Have to due to my osteoarthritis.
