I had a previous post about running two miles straight two days ago:

"So today I ran two miles straight!!! I did not have to take any breaks whatsoever! I am feeling amazing. I feel I could have gone further, but my trainer was ready to do strength training. On Saturday, I have a 5K, so I am going to see how far I can run. Who knows, I might be able to run the whole thing!!!!tongue"

Today:

I ran the Turkey Trot 5K. I had a lot of fun. Toward the third mile I did minimal walking because of my breathing, but I ran most of it. I was very disappointed that I could not get my breathing right. My legs and my body were fine, they both were ready to keep pushing, but when the pain got so bad on my side, I had to slow down a little bit.
Overall, I finished in 37 minutes which is 6 minutes less than my last 5K in June! During the award ceremony, I told myself that next time I am going to be standing there getting an award!
