Today's challenge is: Jumping Jacks
Today we are going to change things up a lil bit. Do jumping Jacks for 10 min straight. See how many you can do.
Be sure you take breaks when you need to and DON'T over do it! See how many you can do and report back when done.
You have until midnight to get them done.
The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
My challenges are open to anyone and you can log these as callisthenics.

Awesome challenge! I thought I would share this video which pertains to this. Only it's about 12 minutes but you are constantly moving. For those of you who want to try it but may not be able to complete the whole 10 minutes straight. :-)

Interesting idea....I may do that myself as I doubt I can do them for 10 min straight either.0 -

The first time I did this, I burned 130 calories. So it gives a pretty nice burn.0 -
I can maybe do 50 before I fall. Will see how many I can do though.0

I did this and managed to do 300 jumping jacks. 10 seconds on 10 seconds off (but still moving).0

I've just done 100, not what you asked for but i'm impressed with it!0

Without even knowing I completed this challenge. I went to boxing and part of it is jumping jacks for one minute, sit ups for one minute and push ups for one minute. I did four sets of that circuit! Add to that the actual boxing and I'm pretty pleased!
BTW, that turned out to be about 250 jumping jacks. Woohoo!!!!0 -
I got mine done and I went ahead and jogged in place for a few min after that. I wound up doing 480 jumping jacks.
Y'all did great. Keep up the awesome work!0 -
Great challenge! I did 531, with a few breaks. I will be feeling my calves tomorrow!0
