If this subject has been posted already I apologise!
I notice certain exercise programs are not listed in the database, I was wondering how you can record the calories for each of the individual cds.Or does anyone know of a site that would give you an idea what each session of the PX90 burns?
Thanks for any and all help, I'm still trying to figure out all this recording stuff!

The only way to truly know is to wear a heart rate monitor. Tony recommends using one anyway.0

I would use a HRM. That is what I use. Each workout comes out different. So it is nice to see what I am actually burning each day.0

A heart rate monitor is the only way to tell. Everyone burns at a different reat!0

There really isn't a way to accurately know how many calorie you have burned unless you use a heart rate monitor. I have a Polar and it rocks! I use it for Insanity and it is very accurate. Anything you see online is very general. Just something to think about!!0
