Thought I'd finally venture into the forums today after using the tracker for a couple of weeks.
Think i'll take it more seriously, had a bit of a scare in boots, weighed myself on their machine for the first time in months, turns out i'm a stone heavier than i thought I was and 33.3% body fat D: not good.
the weird thing is that I dont feel that fat because literally all of it is on my torso so my legs and arms are skinny and can't be like ooo I can fit into these jeans now haha

Well enough rambling, hello to all :) Any good exercise tips for around the home? I have a shakeweight and thats about it in terms of equipment, going to start going to my Uni's gym after Christmas when I'm less skint so any exercise tips other than walking would be great :)

Welcome to the group. I've found it very helpful just keeping track of my food. I hope that you have a wonderful experience here. ENJOY!!!!

Thankyou :) I think the tracker is dead useful really, especially helps me keep track of my drink intake on nights out haha
My main problem recently is that I either overeat by accident, or only eat 500 cals over 2 days, need to find my balance
