How do you tract cardio for workout dvds? I have Bob Harper's Ultimate Cardio body and I sweat buckets so I know i'm burning something but dont' know how to track it. Thanks!

The best and most accurate way would be to get a heart rate monitor. But until you have one, use the aerobics category for the length of time you work out.

    Ditto what he said.
  • I have been using the EA Sports Active 2 for the Wii to work out at home. It comes with a heart rate monitor and a motion monitor. The heart rate monitor goes on your upper forearm on your left arm and the motion monitor goes on your upper right thigh. They are easy to use and I believe it to be pretty accurate. Hope that helps.
