Its good in stir frys and I chop it up and put it in my veggie tuna salad. You can even use it in vegetable soup.0

I toss it with a finely-chopped jalapeno, fresh lime juice, a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Or I just toss it into a pan to saute with really anything - it is an easy way to up your veggie intake.0

I eat it itself as a salad! I add the calorie wise zesty italian dressing from kraft, cut up cubes of cheddar cheese, and throw in some craisins. YUM!0

I think it tastes great in salads, stir frys and eggrolls. Very mild tasting imo but still yummy!0
