Hybrid of Turbo Fire with other non-BB programs?

Is anyone doing or planning to do a hybrid with Turbo Fire and other programs (non-BeachBody)? I am looking to possibly combine a few programs since just doing TF isn't getting me the results I want right now. I need some ideas!

I'm kind of thinking of doing some TF, some ChaLean Extreme (yes, BB), some Jillian Michaels, and maybe a day or running in there.0

I think TF is great for cardio but you should be doing some strength training at least 2-3 days a week also. I did TF hybrid with P90X and Supreme 90. Supreme 90 is very similar to P90X and costs only 20 bucks! I love it.0 -
Right now, I'm strictly doing TF, but after this, I'm going to be doing TF/CLX hybrid & also running with that0

I guess I should add that I have already done a hybrid of TF/CLX this past spring. I lost about 10 pounds, but I gained it back. I am not seeing any results with just straight TF right now. This is why I want to try something else. I am on week 9.
I love TF and Chalene, but I think I am getting bored and a bit unmotivated.0 -
As I hate doing the same thing everyday (I did the 30DS for 30 consecutive days and could have died of boredom), I alternate between:
Cardio based: Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, Banish fat boost metabolism, cardio bootcamp (K. Hogan), Leslie Sansone, Zumba
Strength based: 30DS, RI30, 6 weeks 6 pack, killer buns and thighs (looking for more workouts that necessitate little equipment)
I'm getting good results with this program!0 -

What about combining it with real weight training? I really like the New Rules Program. In my blog there are some "progress" at New Rules pictures compared to my Turbo Fire pictures.0

I agree with the other posters, you need to be doing some serious weights with the TF. Your body has become accustomed to the TF program and needs to be surprised again.0

I'm in the exact same boat as you. Turbo Fire just doesn't do it for me anymore and I think my body is way too used to it. I was contemplating Insanity or something. I don't get to the gym that often during the week to do a cardio/strength routine there on a regular basis, so I was looking to mix up a home workout program with when I do get to the gym for some solid cardio and using the weight machines there.0 -
Bob Harper has some good dvds! I don't know of many strength workout dvds non-beachbody... TFX, Rip60 is pretty popular.
Pauline Nordin's Butt Bible is AWESOME. She also has some great workout e-books on her site www.fighterdiet.com0 -

I do not have a set calendar but I try to vary workouts as much as possible. I usually never do the same workout twice on the same week.0 -

I'd totally second the suggestion of Bob Harper's dvds. They're amazing. He's inspiring. And last I heard, he was having a sale at his website where most of the dvds were like 4 or 5 dollars each? :-) Bonus!!!0 -
I'm completely new here so not sure how this site works yet but I do the chalene extreme with turbofire calendar. I may end up adding insanity to the mix once I go through 1 cycle.0

Thanks for the replies! I was thinking of adding in some Jillian Michaels stuff, but they are no on demand like I wanted. I already have 30DS, but I wanted something else.
I do have one of Bob's dvds. I will combine some CLX, TF, Bob, and running (plus maybe some other stuff).0
