I did this video for the first time this morning. Wowza, that was harder than I expected. And it was only 20 minutes!

  • i am ordering this on payday. Been trying to do 2x10 min solutions workouts everyday but heard the 30 day shred is really good as well.

    I'm on L1D7 today and I love it! I've been doing it before but it's really a great workout and it gives you good results!

    I do it every other day and did day two yesterday.

    It is brutal to say the least!

    Anyone except me that doesn't really think Natalie does it right? She's stopping the workout when she thinks the camera is not on her, and in the boxing cardio in L1 she's almost standing up instead of sinking down in the knees for example. It just bothers me haha!

    Love this DVD. If you like it and need some variety, ripped in 30 is the worth the 10 dollars. Before joining a gym, 30 DS is all I did, and it really helped.

    Once you build the strength to make it through level 2, level 3 is a tad bit easier believe it or not

    i've really noticed a change in my strength from doing it just once a week. it gets easier over time. i need to start doing it more often to get better results and increase my cardio endurance

    Jillian brags on level 1 about them not skimping on the workouts even when she's not looking.

    I only know that because that's where I am now, :laugh:

    I'm in the middle of Level 2. I think she's trying to kill me. Though I'm the one that picked 5 lb. weights. :-p And those plank moves are killer.
    Lost two inches off the waist! And my arms look smaller and my stomach looks flatter. Yaaaay.
    My plan is to do 30 Day Slim Down next and then Ripped in 30.

    I'm in the middle of level 2 as well. Hard to believe this workout is only 20 minutes! I'm going to do Ripped in 30 next.

    I just bought Ripped in 30 and I'm also going to do that right after 30 DS. And after Ripped in 30 I'm going to give Insanity a try!

    30 day shred is a real tough workout!! I started it august 1st and only got to level 2 day 2!! It was soooo hard, and i was feeling really sick and fainty after each workout from pushing myself, and i just couldnt go any further! Its different for everyone, but my body doesnt like these kind of workouts x
