Pasta bake sauce

Hey guys, just looking for ideas on what to use as a sauce for tonight's tea.
I've cooked the pasta which in itself is 350cals, and have onions, mushrooms, broccoli & peppers and was thinking of throwing a tin of tuna in for the 'meat factor'.
Only thing is I'm thinking if I bake this now it's going to come out quite dry and I REALLY wanted the crunchiness of a bake.
Anyone got any ideas? Would water do maybe?
Thanks :OD

Try adding a tin of tomatoes. I always use it in my bakes and if cooked for 20ish mins it comes out moist but not soggy. To get the crunchiness you need to top with cheddar cheese. If you weigh it as you grate it you will know how many cals to add. I usually use 30g per person which is about 150calories I think (not sure without checking data base but I think it's that)
  • ooops, sorry, forgot to say I cannot stand tomatoes !! lol Thanks though

A can of condensed mushroom soup is often used for tuna pasta bake. :)
  • oooh, soup's a really good alternative yeah. Well in the meantime I've just put in some heinz vinegar tommy sauce & I'm hoping for the best :O)
Might try the soup option tomorrow. Thanks
