for anyone who's worried about gaining weight!

ok so yesterday was my weigh day and i found id lost another 3lbs woop woop i always cheat on the days i weigh but the rest of the days eat clean its worked for me so far! so i ate whatever i fancied! sodium packed food! i decided to step on the scales this morning and there was a 3lb weight gain which i know isn't real at all an is thru sodium.....i decided to input all that i had eaten in my diary when i clicked on enter it told me if i was to eat like this everyday for 5 weeks i'd gain 2lbs! which is less than wot i have gained eating it in one day! the purpose of this is just to let everyone on here that are doing well you can have a day where its not going to pile it on!!! everyones entitled to some time off we're all humans!! i've been doing the same for 8 months and i've lost 48lbs!!

  • Exactly! We are bound to cheat every once and a while. We can always use the excused: We were with friends, It looked so good, I just had a lil piece. Which is fine indulge just don't over do and then hate yourself afterwards.
