My BP problems are now a thing of the past. Also, nice to have the Athletic Heart Rate.

Forgive the bragging, it helps me stay motivated.:happy:

    Since APR 2011 I've done a minimum of 2.5 hours of cardio per week. I cover 13 miles doing this. I also have a low fat diet.. This has helped me take off some lbs and my BP and RHR are much lower. I was seeing 85BPM before and I don't want to discuss the BP numbers in case my insurance agent is reading.
