26/yo needing support

Hi, I was on here before but my account got deleted.

I just turned 26, I live in Seattle with my boyfriend.

I need to lose quite a bit of weight, but focusing on that first 20 lbs for right now.

I have a hard time resisting food temptations; but the thing that motivated me was these books called "Eat this Not that," and also a friend of mine is kind of having a competition with me.

Looking for friends on here.

  • Hey Girl, I am all about giving some support. Believe me I feel your pain I have a lot of weight I need to loose to. So we can motivate each other. Just keep doing what is right for you. Start off by just eatting less of what you like, just smaller portion sizes. You will get there. I have a tremendous sweet tooth, and well sweets aer my weakness. But I am really just trying to find alternate things to eat that both satisfy my sweet tooth as well as are more healthier for me. I have been drinking kellogs protein drinks that really helps as well as yogurt and things like that. Drink a lot of water. I just started to really get serious, a friend of mine introduced this to me. So lets have some fun and get cute. Talk with you soon.
