    You should be so proud of yourself, especially with what you have been through!

    I found MFP to be a key to helping me lose weight and if it wasn't for this site I would have dropped off the wagon ages ago!

    I exercise almost everyday and I can't imagine stopping now because it feels damn good!

    I still have a bit to go and I want to reach my goal by my daughter's 2nd Birthday - 11 Jan 2012.
