FAT/CARBS/PROTEIN ?'S

Hey everyone,
I have to say that I love my fitness pal...the trouble I am having is keeping up with the fat/carbs and protein.i am trying to stay in my points but I am not doing well with the f/c/p they are high..what are your suggestions for me to keep those three things in the suggested frame that our food diary says that we should have..what do you all do...I know sometimes they say, low fat stuff in not always a great way to go..im confused..help:frown: :huh:

    I had to change my ratios to match my eating habits. I have mine set to 35% carbs 35% protein and 30% fat.

    My home > goals > change goals > custom ... set the % you want and click save. Enjoy.

    I opt for full fat (and full flavour) products like whole milk, real 33-35% whipping cream instead of the edible oil products like cool whip, regular miracle whip instead of reduced fat.
  • lol!! haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa right..I totally eat real butter now after reading all of the stuff about margarine..it's hard enough counting calories....counting fat and other stuff..whoa!!!

    swapping for the "Real" products while you're doing this works, butters awesome, 2 ingredients at most which are both easy to pronounce (cream, and sometimes salt)
    Eat more whole foods, if it comes out of a box or a can it's processed and probably lost something along the way.
