so I decided I am going to get serious about my running career (which is funny, cause I used to hate it with a passion! Now I love it!!!) for the best results, what is best in a runners diet?? Anything specific? Anything specific I should stay away from? I want to get all learned up because I have a new goal of running a marathon by the time I turn 30 (3 years from now) and I want to make sure I am treating my body right. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Get the right shoes, start of slow & steady and stay away from injuries check out halhigdon.com for useful information on running and training programs. You'll totally be ready in 3 years!!0

I would LOVE to have some information too about running. I want to be able to run a 1/2 marathon by April 2012. I am pretty good @ 5Ks and have a few 10Ks under my belt but I have kind of hit a wall. Does anyone have running plans on how to up your miles? Thanks in advance and keep up the running. : )0
