I'm on week 4 of this! It works! You can get the free app on your iPod or iPhone too which is what I use. There is also 200squat challenge and 200 sit-ups. These are all made by the same people.0

My initial test was 7...I'm on week 1 day 3 and hoping to hit 10 or 11 on the last set.0
