OK so today at work I had been outside all morning I came in for lunch and a fellow coworker says OH MY goddness you've lost a lot of weight. I said thanks I've been working pretty hard at it and she says if you don't stop we'll lose you or you'll blow away. I laughed and said not quite yet I won't. I guess I look like I don't weigh as much as I do or maybe since I was bigger the difference is pretty dramatic. Either way it makes me feel pretty good that others are noticing. Makes me feel good

Great stuff!!!

I think it's fun when people say something to me. Sometimes I am tempted to say, "No! Sheesh... why? do you think I should try?" But that is the smart-alec NJ girl attitude that I haven't lost yet!

That's wonderful!

I must've hit some kind of visible milestone... I got three separate comments from coworkers last week - not sure what the sudden difference was (and I'm horrible at accepting compliments!), but it's still nice to hear.
