low blood sugar

So ive come home and my hands are shaking feel dizzy did my blood sugar and i was 2.7
im not diabetic is this okay to have a hypo
ive only ate my breakfast and lunch and had done 140 mins of walking.

    Only ate 2 meals and did 140mins of exercise? Eat something!

    I drink a protein shake after my workouts to prevent a low blood sugar.

    This. I get the occasional hypo symptoms and a banana, some juice or something sweet usually sorts me out within a few minutes.

    fruit or chocolate milk for a quick up. protien to keep it up.
