How do I log the 30 day shred under Exercise?

I tried putting in Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, then just 30 day shred, but it did not come up? Is this just aerobics - general and then log the time?
Any help with this is very much appreciated.

  • I think a lot of people log it under circuit training - general.
  • That's what I do - 25 minutes under Circuit Training - general. I'm waiting for my Polar HRM to get in so that I can be more accurate with number of calories burned but using several different calories-burned calculators on the internet, the figure provided by MFP Circuit Training - general seems fairly accurate.

    Go to exercises, click on "my exercises" and then click on "create exercise" and input it yourself. If you have an HRM this is the most accurate way to track in my opinion.
