why is it that even if i eat a lot more than what my supposed caloric intake is, when i click on i'm done logging it still says i will lose weight in 5 weeks time?

The amount of calories the website says for you to consume if you would like to lose weight are based on normal activities not including any extra exercise. Are you getting additional exercise?0

The amount of calories listed is to reach your goal of how many pounds per week you entered. You might have gone over your food limits, but was still low enough to lose weight, just not your optimal per week.0
