I had to switch to PB2 because my PB calorie counts were through the roof. Sadly, I too use my celery or apple slices as a spoon. And if all else fails, I use a real spoon. Oh the looks I get from co-workers LOL.0

what exactly is PB2? I have seen posts regarding it......an alternate to high cal peanut butter?0

Sounds interesting, I might give it a try! I am a total peanut butter addict, yesterday I had a tablespoon of it with celery it was so yummy. but yeah, I could just eat it by itself really.. only problem is it's hard to stop at just a bit0

I love my peanut butter too, but I prefer the real stuff, i.e. Adams brand peanut butter. Yes, there are a lot of calories in it, and the fats are high, but I just plan for it in my diet. peanut butter is awesome on apples, by itself, or on almost anything.
Several of my favorites: Peanut Butter and Banana sandwich before or after a workout, PB on apples, and Elvis shakes (milk, protein powder, frozen banana, and peanut butter). An Elvis shake can run 500 calories easily, so I try to save those for either a workout day breakfast, or as breakfast after a low net-calories day,0
