how would I classify this???

I just did a "lower body" workout (I used ankle weights and did a few exercises that mainly targeted my butt and thighs). What would I mark these kinds of exercises under? I have no idea what kind of exercises these are bcuz I lost the workout sheet that came with it (just doing them by memory). If it helps anyone I was using Gold's Gym 2.5lb ankle weights (in case anyone has that sheet). Thanks!

    Have you thought about maybe purchasing a HRM? It's so much easier that way because you know exactly how many calories you personally burned in that amount of time and you can add that workout to the database. That's what I've done. Hope I helped :o)
  • I had one, but when I tried to set the timer it beeped at me...and it wouldn't STOP beeping. I tried shutting it off, but it wouldn't do that either so I threw it out in the snow...and it still kept beeping! Lol! So, I'm gonna put that on my x-mas list for my husband to buy me! :)

  • "Food" entries are easy, I got it going right away. Exercise is much more complicated. I do calisthenics twice a week and yoga classes randomly, plus walk. I still can't figure out how to plug it in. Thanks in advance.
