HI everybody!!

Hello, I just joined myfitnesspal and am excited to make it part of my weight loss journey. I have been on my journey for 4 years thus far, with a 22-pound loss to date. In general, I am just looking to be healthier, make better food choices and exercise more regularly for my long-term health (and sanity)'s sake! My name is Andrea, and I am a third year graduate student studying Pharmaceutical science. As you can imagine, I have little "free time"... but I do LOVE a good, sweaty workout and the satisfaction it gives me, knowing I just burned off the calories from lunch.

I am looking for friends and friendly advice to keep me motivated and on track!! My ultimate goal is another 50 pound loss... but I am working at it in small batches, so comments are welcome!! I look forward to interacting with you!! :smile:
