Sprained my Ankle

I lightly sprained my Achilles Friday night at Muay Thai class. I finished the class, limping a bit. I've been limping around all weekend, taking ibuprofen, alternating hot and cold, etc. I'm still planning to hit tomorrow's class, but I'm a bit worried.
I'm going to try a home-grown tape job.

Good luck! Don't push yourself to the point of further injury! But good for you for staying on track.0

Cold compact on it........ REST IT................. At least for 3 days.......... Then tape it up xxxxxxxxxxx Hope your ok xx0

No not for at least 24 hours after injury xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Just cold every 20 mins and rest xxxxxxxxx0

Sorry to hear it, George. I did the same thing running tonight. I hope it's just a light sprain too, although I couldn't run on it to get home. Elevation, Ice, rest, and Ibuprofen tonight. We'll see how it feels in the morning.0

Not too bad at boxing tonight. Good stretch before and a brace during. Ice immediately after. I'd say I'm at about 90%.0
