Need help

I've lost over 2 stone on FP since January but now I've fallen off the FP wagon and can't seem to get myself back on it ...advice???

try upping your friends for emotional support for being on MFP i know since i started and met supportive friends i've managed to stay on track x0

its hard!! i spend most of my time considering quitting. but i just keep going anyways and keep gettin results. it makes me happy with myself after i complete a workout which keeps me going. mayby find what makes u happy about it and do it to give urself motivation. dont give up jus cuz ur in a rut keep going and when u get results mayby itll lift u outta it.0

Thank you all so much, really grateful for the ecouragment.
I actually made myself get up at 5.30am this morning for a run, which was tough but I really enjoyed it.
